Our team at Muscat Hair & Beauty Salon upholds the value of treating our clients with respect while ensuring the safety and well-being of our staff. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of aggressive or abusive behavior directed at our staff, including the use of threatening or derogatory language, making inflammatory statements, discriminatory remarks, or unsubstantiated allegations. We reserve the right to terminate direct contact with any customer who engages in such behavior and refuse to continue providing service.

We value our clients’ time and understand that adjustments to scheduled appointments may be necessary. We request a minimum of 24-hour notice for any adjustments or cancellations to allow us to fill the appointment time and serve clients on our waiting list. In cases where a client has a history of three or more no-shows without prior notice, we may charge a non-refundable 50% security deposit at the time of booking their next appointment. Failure to attend or cancel/reschedule an appointment with less than 24-hour notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

We would also like to remind our clients that if they arrive 15 minutes or more late for their scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to cancel it. Thank you for your understanding.
