Unacceptable Customer Behaviour Policy
At Muscat Hair & Beauty Salon. We believe that our customers have a right to be heared, understood and respected.
We also believe that our staff have the right to work in a safe environment, free from any abuse or harm caused by others. we expect all customers to treat our staff with courtesy and respect at all times. Aggressive or abusive behaviour includes language (Whether verbal or written) that may cause staff to feel afraid, threatened or abused and include treats, personal verbal abuse, derogatory remarks and rudeness. We also consider inflammatory statements, remark of a discriminatory nature and unsubstantiated allegations, to be abusive behaviour.
Where a customer is aggressive or abusive, we reserve the right to
TERMINATE ALL DIRECT CONTACT WITH A CUSTOMER/REFUSE TO CONTINUE WITH THE SERVICE.
Cancellation Policy For Our Valued Guests.
Your appointments aver very important to all memebers of our team at Muscat Beauty Salon, Time Allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. we do understand that sometime schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request at least (24 hours notice.)
For Adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. All our Policies are designed to benefit our guests and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need.
If the client has a history of 3 or more no-shows without prior notice
– We reserve the right to charge the 50% security deposit at booking their next appointment, which will be no-refundable if the client fails to attend their appointment or give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation/rescheduling.
